Turn Around Time (TAT)

Please refer to the announcement banner at the top of the screen for our current TAT. This is the amount of time that, after the order is placed, it will be before your order is shipped out. The TAT does not include the time your order is spent in transit- shipping is in addition to the TAT (i.e., if TAT is 3 weeks- the amount of time your order will take to arrive to you is 3 weeks + shipping time.) 

Once your order is in the hands of the post office, it is out of my control. I am not responsible for any delays that occur during transit and replacements/refunds will not be given due to shipping delays. 

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is 24 hours from placing your order. If, within 24 hours of ordering, you would like to cancel please email me at bugsembroidery@gmail.com. After 24 hours, I will not accept cancellations. 

Returns/Refunds/Replacements

Due to the personalization nature of each order, I do not accept returns or refunds for an order. If you are unhappy with your order, please message me so I can address your concerns.
